Our Policies
We encourage early registration as our classes are small and fill quickly. You may register online or by telephone (480) 278-2066.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as forms of payment. Payment by credit card must be made at the time of registration. Payment by cash or check must be made at the time you bring your child to class in order for your child to attend that scheduled class. You still must register your child for a class if you are paying by cash or check so that we may reserve a seat for your child.
As the parent or guardian of your child, you will be asked to sign the Oven Mitt Kids! Waiver, in person, at the time you bring your child to class. Your child will not be permitted to join the class without the signed Oven Mitts Kids! Waiver.
You may cancel your registration seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date to receive a refund or credit toward an upcoming class. A refund will not be given if your registration is cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date and will be for credit only toward an upcoming class. We also encourage you to send a friend of your child’s in his or her place as a nice option.
You will be contacted immediately if a class has become full. You will have the option of being added to our wait list. If your child had been registered for an earlier class, we anticipate that the next opportunity for your child to join a class will be the same day, just at a later time. We also anticipate that your child will not be on our wait list for more than one week. If adding your child’s name to our wait list is inconvenient for your schedule, we will be more than happy to give you a refund or credit toward an upcoming class.
Oven Mitt Kids! reserves the right to cancel or modify any class due to insufficient enrollment or scheduling conflict. You will be contacted immediately and be given a refund or credit toward an upcoming class.
